Terms & Conditions

1. Holiday is redeemable only by the named winner and must not be sold onto any other party. 

2. The prize is subject to availability. Tickets need to be issued by March 2012 with travel to be completed by September 2012. 

3. The Prize Provider is Emerald Global & Jet Airways. Return air travel for 2 in economy class EXCLUDING taxes and fuel surcharge from London Heathrow to Delhi. All government taxes & surcharges to be paid by the winner. We will endeavour to book the flights of your choice but this is not guaranteed and we will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the winner and/or their companion travelling to and from London Heathrow from any UK airport 

Four nights/5 day Golden Triangle package for 2 people including accommodation with breakfast, transfers in India and excursions, guide for all sightseeing tours.
If additional nights are required these can be purchased via etours c/o Sapn na Shah sapna@emerald.co.uk

4. Both the winner and their companion must hold valid passports and/or other necessary travel documentation and visas. Emerald Global or Jet Airways will not be responsible for any costs incurred in obtaining these and reserve the right to withhold the prize and to re-draw the competition if the winner and their companion are not able to obtain the necessary documentation.  

5. The winner and their companion are responsible for payment of all additional and incidental items not included in the prize.

6. Travel insurance is not included and must be purchased by the winner and their companion before travel. The winner and their companion are responsible for making sure they are adequately insured. Failure to provide insurance documentation will result in forfeiture of the prize. 

7. The prize is non-transferable, subject to availability, cannot be exchanged, and no cash alternative will be offered. 

8. Travel is subject to availability.

9. Once the booking is confirmed, changes to the names, dates or the nature of the booking are not permitted.  

10. Both the winner and their companion must travel at the same time on the same itinerary. Prize winner must be 18 years of age or older.

11. The winner may be required to participate in publicity connected with this Prize Draw and it is a condition of entry that the winner agree to their name being made publicly available if they win.
